International Taekwondo

1962 Birth place: Paphos. Militaryman, wedded with two children.

1999 Begins Taekwon-do. Student of Daniel Andreou, 3 Dan, Black Belt Centre, Paphos.

2007 Black Belt, 1 Dan from Grand Master Kwon Jae-Hwa during the Pentecost Seminar in Bad Tolz Germany (25-28 May 2007).

I find it very difficult not to go for training because apart of the benefits from physical exercise, Taekwon-Do helps in mind relaxation. The implementation of various techniques during trainning requires to use different mind skills from that I used in work and the daily occupations having as a result the relaxation and the exemption from stress. This type of martial art is without contact where each one follows his own rythm according to his her faculties that is why it is possible for me to exercise with my son Philippos.
