My name is Danae Simillidou. I start TAEKWONDO since 5 years ago ans I love them athletic very very much. I begun them at 20-09-2004 in Polis black belt center y teacher was Daniel Andreou 4 dan.Many people practice TAEKWONDO for its self dense benefits, but it is an art that is studied beauty and grace in movement. Through strict discipline.TAEKWONDO trains both the body and mind placing great emphasis on the development of moral character.
