Different Grades in Tae Kwon Do

In Kwon , Jae Hwa Taekwon-do there are six belts in total , each having two grades , known as Kups.
Quoting Grand Master Kwon "A black belt is a white belt that never quit".
Each belt also has its own meaning:

ewwerewqWhite Belt (10. & 9. Kup)                           
White is the crystal color. Purity, innocence, a beginning.    

Yellow Belt (8. & 7. Kup)
Yellow stand for the ground. This stadium is compared to a plant growing its roots.

Green Belt (6. & 5. Kup)
The color of the belt is compared to a plant growing its leafs.

 

Blue Belt (4. & 3. Kup)
The color blue indicates that a student is reaching
higher, like a plant that is growing towards the sky.

Red Belt (2. & 1. Kup)
Red means "attention!". The color red indicates danger.

 

Black Belt (1. - 9. Dan)
Black is the opposite of white and means the maturity of the student in the art.It also is an indication of being impenetrable for fear and darkness.
